Political party management across every level of the organisation
Coordinate party administration, members, aspirants, teams and electoral territories in one permission-controlled operating system.
Who this is for: Party executives, administrators, membership officers and territorial coordinators.
How it works
- Configure the party structure and electoral footprint
- Assign staff to roles and territories
- Manage members, aspirants and nomination work
- Monitor activity through permission-scoped reporting
The systems behind it
- Campaign Configuration System — CCS is where a campaign is defined before anyone is invited into it. It holds the election cycle, the offices being contested, the organisational blueprint, and the rules every other system reads from. Change something here and the change reaches every workspace, role and screen at once.
- Organisation & Access Control — OAC turns a list of names into a chain of command. It issues invitations, assigns roles, and binds every person to the territory they are responsible for. Nobody sees data outside the ward, constituency or county they were given.
- Electoral Territory System — ETS holds the electoral geography the whole campaign reasons about: county, constituency, ward, polling station. It carries the contests attached to each level and the candidates standing in them. When two teams disagree about coverage, this is the register that settles it.
- Analytics & Reporting System — ARS turns platform activity into the briefings leadership actually reads. Dashboards cover coverage, growth, spend and performance at every territorial level. Reports are scheduled and shared rather than rebuilt by hand each week.
