Candidate campaign management from setup to election day
Give candidates and campaign directors one place to organise their team, supporters, field activity, communications and election-day readiness.
Who this is for: Candidates, campaign directors, coordinators and authorised campaign teams.
How it works
- Set up the campaign and contest territory
- Invite the team and establish the chain of command
- Build supporter relationships and execute field missions
- Track readiness and coordinate election-day operations
The systems behind it
- Organisation & Access Control — OAC turns a list of names into a chain of command. It issues invitations, assigns roles, and binds every person to the territory they are responsible for. Nobody sees data outside the ward, constituency or county they were given.
- Supporter Relationship System — SRS is the record of every person the campaign has met. It holds supporters, households and the groups they belong to, along with every interaction anyone has had with them. A campaign cannot mobilise people it cannot find.
- Grassroots Mobilisation Engine — GME plans the campaign's ground work and tracks whether it happened. Missions are assigned to mobilisers, executed in the field, and reported back with evidence. Leadership sees movement by ward rather than assurances by phone.
- Election War Room — EWR is the live command surface for election day. Incidents, turnout, agent check-ins and results transmission arrive in one place as they happen. Fast decisions require everyone to be looking at the same thing.
