Plan at ward level and execute at polling-station level
Turn campaign plans into assigned field missions, supporter engagement and measurable territorial coverage while retaining evidence and accountability.
Who this is for: Campaign directors, county teams, constituency teams, ward coordinators and mobilisers.
How it works
- Identify priority territories and supporter segments
- Plan missions with accountable owners and deadlines
- Capture field outcomes online or offline
- Review progress, evidence and coverage by territory
The systems behind it
- Grassroots Mobilisation Engine — GME plans the campaign's ground work and tracks whether it happened. Missions are assigned to mobilisers, executed in the field, and reported back with evidence. Leadership sees movement by ward rather than assurances by phone.
- Supporter Relationship System — SRS is the record of every person the campaign has met. It holds supporters, households and the groups they belong to, along with every interaction anyone has had with them. A campaign cannot mobilise people it cannot find.
- Field Capture Engine — FCE is how information gets into the platform from the field rather than from a desk. Enumerators run structured forms on a phone, capture works with no network, and records sync when a signal returns. Bulk import brings in the registers and lists the campaign already holds.
- Geospatial Intelligence System — GIS renders the campaign onto the map it is actually fought on. Supporter density, mobilisation coverage, agent deployment and spend all display by county, constituency, ward and station. Patterns that hide in a table are obvious on a map.
