Coordinate polling-station readiness and election-day command
Prepare agents, logistics and reporting around the polling station, then bring verified field signals into a permission-scoped election war room.
Who this is for: Election directors, agents, coordinators, logistics teams and authorised command staff.
How it works
- Map contests, stations and agent requirements
- Assign and prepare polling agents
- Monitor logistics and readiness gaps
- Escalate verified election-day reports through command
The systems behind it
- Polling Agent Management System — PAMS recruits, trains, deploys and verifies the agents who will stand in every polling station. It tracks which stations are covered and which are exposed, well before election day arrives. An uncovered station is a result nobody can defend.
- Fleet & Logistics System — FLS runs the vehicles, drivers and materials a campaign depends on. Trips are requested, assigned, tracked and costed; supplies are stored, dispatched and accounted for. It answers where the vehicle is, and where the branded T-shirts went.
- Election War Room — EWR is the live command surface for election day. Incidents, turnout, agent check-ins and results transmission arrive in one place as they happen. Fast decisions require everyone to be looking at the same thing.
- Geospatial Intelligence System — GIS renders the campaign onto the map it is actually fought on. Supporter density, mobilisation coverage, agent deployment and spend all display by county, constituency, ward and station. Patterns that hide in a table are obvious on a map.
